At present Eastern Esthetics ships out of our Halifax, Nova Scotia warehouse on a daily basis. .
Shipping is based on weight. We have internal computer and scale systems that are fully networked in order to calculate accurate and precise shipping costs. we offer FREE Freight on orders over $ 200.00 before Tax ( some exceptions do apply)
We aim to ship orders promptly upon receiving them. Many orders ship the same day they are received or within 24 hours. This may vary during peak periods and depending on volume of orders received.
Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed during weeks with a “statutory holiday" or during show/holiday periods may ship 2-4 days later than stated above.
Returns
Any loss, short shipment or damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of product. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product you have purchased, we will gladly give you a full refund or exchange if you return it to Eastern Esthetics within 30 days after you purchase it. Items must be returned with their original invoice, packaging, manuals, accessories or warranty cards.
